Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery of AI-generated content, Finderian generally does not offer refunds. However, we value our customers and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within **14 days** of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
3. Valid Reasons for Refund
Valid reasons for a refund may include:
- Technical issues preventing access to the purchased content.
- Accidental duplicate purchases for the same alignment.
Please note that dissatisfaction with the AI-generated results or failure to recover a lost item are not considered valid reasons for a refund, as our service provides probabilistic guidance and not guaranteed outcomes.
